# SXSW 2020: The Remix

A blog post I keep coming back to is [The Rise of the Remixer](https://howardgray.net/2016/06/22/the-rise-of-the-remixer/?ref=howardgray.net). 

I wrote this quite a while ago, and didn’t think much of it at the time – or rather, I sensed there was something interesting to explore further but wasn’t sure exactly what that something was.

As my journey has led me towards open source, accessibility, and exploration – particularly in the world of career development – I’ve become more bullish on the next phase of business taking in some of these themes.

With that in mind, I thought I’d aim to share these ideas further through the SXSW platform. [Here’s my submission](https://panelpicker.sxsw.com/ideas/100952/?ref=howardgray.net) for a talk at their 2020 edition. Feel free to give it an upvote.
